To support Verbat’s ongoing rapid growth, Verbat is seeking to expand its Sales team of our Dubai office by bringing on a talented candidate with an established track record of building pipelines and a proven history of exceeding targets in a fast-growing space. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success within the IT industry and knowledge of the ever-growing market. They will have a hunter mentality as they will be expected to generate new business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Identifying customer needs, setting up meetings , present our services, mapping the right solutions to their needs, negotiating & closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in networking/ meetups
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT/Technology sales/sales support/business development (outbound) experience in IT/ software company is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Good written and oral communication skill
- Excellent presentation skills and Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Valid UAE Driving License with personal car
- Should be able to join immediately
