We are looking for an Accounts/Administrator to manage our company’s books of accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining day to day books of accounts, reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
Compile & update Weekly reports for payments, income, expense and attendance
Track and audit petty cash and prepare related reports
Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
Prepare payments for signature
Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
Maintain accurate filling both soft/hard copies for financial and accounting data
Prepare, review, and reconcile documents according to Admin & Finance Policies and Procedures
Process invoices and payments on timely basis
Follow up on the receivables
Maintain bank transfers and related documents and files
Following daily bank deposit
Passing entries for purchases on daily basis
Prepare payments for suppliers, utilities and other expenses
Skill Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License
Fluency in English
Good writing and communication skills
Competent in usage of computers and accounting software Tally
